Ladd’s Addition, East Garden
Portland, Oregon
Stoneware and porcelain clays, fired in a variety of kilns:, midrange electric, Raku, wood and sagar.
My focus is on how pieces feel in your hands. I love surface design as well as the interplay of reflected light and shadow different treatments create. Pieces you touch should feel good in your hand, and be a textural playground for light, dark.
