WHERE:

East Garden Ceramics  lives in the Ladd's Addition neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.  By the East Rose Garden you will find a variety of ceramics for home & garden, all available for local pick-up.

WHAT:

My pieces explore the relationship between light and shadow and their shifting movements across surfaces, particularly through pieces that are carved, textured or hand molded. Organic surface design creates pieces that welcome visual change, revealing evolving movement at different angles or different times of day. I work with Raku, Saggar, and Mid-range firings, with a focus on curating a rich visual and textural experience. Everyday art that works well in your home & feels good in your hands.
